additional idea for language classes

A possible obstacle occured to me. If i recruit people from poor areas to be the teachers, often times poor means illeterate or very uneducated. Although this type of person is often more agile and fluent in the language due to the lack of barriers/restrictions of rules and there speach is actually more of a direct reflection of the culture, knowin how to read and write in their own language might be necessary. I could start satellite schools in the countries where humanitarian organizations go into poor neighborhoods to improve education and use these schools as recruiting grounds for the my school. This type of thing has already been done. A great start would be a graduate from David's school in Tijuana to teach Spanish.
